Steve and his wife Gayle have owned and operated Little Moran Hunt Club in Staples, Mn for 30 plus years where Ruffed Grouse are king. Steve’s & Gayle’s website is www.littlemoran.com .
Steve is also a top professional pointing dog trainer, and breeder of English Setters since 1979. Steve’s reputation has become widespread throughout the upland hunting community with hunters throughout the US and Europe. Steve has been involved as a guide for the Grand National Grouse Hunt in Grand Rapids, MN and the Grand National Quail Hunt in Enid, OK and conducting pointing dog clinics at each event. His resume includes numerous TV appearances, and magazine features including Sporting Classic, and Shooting Sportsman.

Sandy is a UMD Alumni. Played Hockey for the UMD Bulldogs. Retired Professional Hockey Player. Played for Pittsburgh Penguins, New York Islanders organizations. Played in Germany for eight seasons. Sandy, guides part time with Steve Grossman at Little Moran Hunt Club in Staples, Mn. www.littlemoran.com and we are fortunate to have him part time here at Brown’s Hunting Ranch. His passion is Ruffed & Sharptail Grouse along with Prairie Chickens and Hungarian Partridge. Sandy sells real estate and is partner with Kurilla Realty in the Brainerd, Minnesota area.
