Waterfowl Hunt

We have a number of sloughs that produce some fantastic wing shooting opportunities covering central South Dakota. You will want to apply for the state wide non-resident waterfowl license. The deadline for applying for the state wide in the second week in July. Our waterfowling sloughs that we have in Potter and Sully county you will be able to purchase a 3 day waterfowl license over the counter. You will want to purchase this license before you arrive. You can have an opportunity to purchase of a state license and a tribal license you will be able to hunt for a double daily tag limit west river. Our deeded land you will be able to harvest a buck with your state license and a additional buck with your tribal license on the tribal land we have to hunt. You may have the ability to harvest up to multiple deer during your stay.
Our Archery season typically runs from the last weekend in September through the third weekend in November with the Rut starting around the end of October. The license is a Lottery Draw, but as a Non-Resident, you are guaranteed to receive the license if you apply. Licenses can be applied for at the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks website, www.sdgfp.info.
Our typical day consists of a early morning hunt and an evening hunt. Our deer hunters can also add bird hunting or walleye fishing to their day. It is a great way to spend the down time away from your deer stand.
All our hunting is done on 135,000 private acres and 80,000 of leased tribal land.We have literally hundreds of areas where you will b able to harvest a trophy deer. We hunt the river & creek bottoms, crop fields, funnels between bedding and feeding, tree belts, swamps ect…

Bison Hunts
3 Nights/2 Day Stay 
We have the best quality of buffalo in the world. This is a World Class once in a life time bison hunt for many big game hunters. The vastness of over 60,000 acres of rolling prairie hills and size of the herds is priceless……..
The trophy hunt is for one of our large breeding herd bulls. They will weigh anywhere from 1800-2000 pounds. They range from 5-10 yrs of age. They are a very large very unique animal. You cannnot find animals of this quality and size just anywhere. You are allowed to select an animal from this group for your trophy.
The hunter gets the entire animal with the trophy hunt. The gun size required for this animal is nothing smaller that a 270 rifle. Hand guns, black powder and other types of guns need to be cleared with ranch personnel. We require a 50% deposit to hold a date for your hunt. The meat is included with the hunt. We will skin and cape the animal in our slaughter plant and quarter the meat for you. This hunt is also available with archery. The hunter gets the entire animal, meat included, with the archery hunt. Hunts off horseback require a additional $2,000.00. The season for this hunt is Oct.-Jan. 1. No license or permit is required.
